Times tables, practised calmly
A times tables certificate, earned calmly
Twenty questions, no clock. Get 18 right the first time, then print it with your child’s name.
The practice needs JavaScript. The whole table and its trick are below.
Or print one with an empty name line and fill it in by hand.
How it works
- Pick the certificate: the Year 3 tables or all of them.
- Answer twenty questions. There is no clock, and “Show me” or a wrong answer shows the spots.
- Get 18 right the first time, type a name and print it.
Questions parents ask
Is the times tables certificate really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no email, and the name you type stays in your browser: it is printed, never sent anywhere.
Why is there no timer?
A certificate should show that your child knows the facts, not how fast they are under pressure. If you want a speed challenge too, try the one-minute test.
What do Australian children need to know by Year 4?
The Australian Curriculum (version 9) asks Year 4 students to recall multiplication facts up to 10 × 10. The all-tables certificate covers exactly that.
